The cabinet of this model is designed to provide holding temperatures of 80 - 180 degrees that accommodate a variety of different foods. The heating system is controlled by an exterior on and off switch and temperature control dial for ease of use. Two stainless steel finned tube heating elements are included per section for uniform generation of electric heat.

The cabinet comes with a total of 4000 watts. This model is equipped with low velocity fans to guarantee even temperature distribution within the cabinet and the fans are controlled by an on and off switch. The exterior is constructed with 300 series stainless steel on the rear doors, front, side, back and bottom. The front doors are energy efficient and the interior of the cabinet is 300 series stainless steel liner and floor. The entire cabinet structure and solid rear doors are foamed in place and use high density, CFC free, polyurethane insulation. True products come with one interior kit per section so that you never have to worry about making additional purchases. Lighting is incandescent and activated by and exterior on and off switch and safety shielded. This model also features an exterior, color coded, dial thermometer to give you an accurate direct reading of internal cabinet temperature.
