True Refrigeration STG2HPT-2G-2S Description
This True STG2HPT-2G-2S Spec Series® pass-thru two-section heated cabinet has two front doors made of low-e, double-pane glass and two rear doors made of stainless steel. Its pass-thru design connects the front of the house to the back of the house. All doors have locks to prevent theft and metal handles for comfort. When left open under 120 degrees, the doors close on their own, but they can stay open past 120 degrees to simplify loading and unloading. Inside, six chrome-plated wire shelves hold product.
This unit resists corrosion and dents because it is constructed of aluminum and stainless steel. For structure and warm air retention, it is foamed with polyurethane insulation. The True STG2HPT-2G-2S two-section heated holding cabinet has 5-inch-diameter castors for mobility and the front set locks for stability. This cabinet has a stainless steel heating element that keeps temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. It should be used to keep baked and cooked food warm. The top vent can be adjusted to control the humidity level.
