True Refrigeration STG2HPT-2S-2S Description
This True STG2HPT-2S-2S Spec Series® two-section heated cabinet is ideal for keeping baked and cooked foods warm, as its pass-thru design connects the front of the house to the back of the house. It has one stainless steel heating element that evenly produces heat to keep temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, humidity levels are adjusted by a vent on top of the cabinet. To seal warm inside, this unit has four stainless steel doors with magnetic gaskets. All doors can stay open past 120 degrees and close on their own when left open under 120 degrees.
This True STG2HPT-2S-2S pass-thru heated holding cabinet has a stainless steel exterior front with matching aluminum sides. Its interior back and walls are aluminum, while its floor and ceiling are stainless steel, resisting corrosion and simplifying cleaning. For structure, its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation. Inside, three PVC-coated wire shelves hold product, and bottom-mounted castors enable movement.
