True Refrigeration STA2HPT-2S-2S Description
The True STA2HPT-2S-2S Spec Series® pass-thru mobile heated cabinet has a stainless steel heating element that uniformly creates heat. Its top vent can be controlled manually to adjust humidity levels in the interior, which can keep cooked and baked food between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures are displayed externally in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. Inside, six chrome-plated wire shelves support product, and under the unit, castors with a 5-inch diameter offer movement. Their front set locks for stability.
The True STA2HPT-2S-2S heated holding cabinet has a stainless steel and aluminum construction foamed with polyurethane insulation. Doors with bolt locks prevent theft while their metal handles provide a comfortable grip. Both doors can stay open at 120 degrees but close on their own before this point to conserve energy. Removable magnetic gaskets snap into the frame to prevent warm air from seeping out. To secure the doors to the cabinet, the unit has eight cam-lift hinges.
