True Refrigeration STA2HPT-2G-2S Description
To hold product, the True STA2HPT-2G-2S Spec Series® pass-thru heated holding cabinet has six chrome-plated wire shelves. This unit has two doors that are made of low-e, double-pane glass, metal handles that provide a comfortable grip when opening, and bolt-style locks that protect its contents. Staying open past 120 degrees, the doors close on their own if they are not fully open. Magnetic gaskets ensure cold air stays inside, and eight cam-lift hinges secure the doors to the cabinet. For movement, 5-inch-diameter castors are in place, and the front set locks for stability.
The True STA2HPT-2G-2S mobile heated cabinet has a stainless steel and aluminum construction that resists corrosion, scratches, and dents. Its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation to keep the interior at precise temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is shown on the outside in Fahrenheit or Celsius. A stainless steel heating element generates heat uniformly, and the unit's top vent can be adjusted to control humidity levels. This cabinet is intended to hold baked and cooked food, keeping it warm.
