Since it has a stainless steel and aluminum construction, the True STA2H-4HS Spec Series® reach-in mobile heated cabinet resists dents, scratches, and corrosion. Insulated with polyurethane foam, this unit can maintain any temperature the operator sets, from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit—this information is displayed externally in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Designed to hold baked and cooked food at safe serving temperatures, this unit has one stainless steel heating element and low-velocity fans that distribute warm air around the interior. Its top vent can be adjusted to control humidity levels.

The True STA2H-4HS heated holding cabinet has four half doors that are made of stainless steel and eight cam-lift hinges that securely attach the doors to the cabinet. To facilitate loading and unloading, these doors can stay open past 120 degrees or close on their own before 120 degrees to keep warm air inside. Magnetic gaskets snap into place in the door frames to prevent warm air from seeping out. Bolt locks minimize theft and tampering, and metal handles offer a durable grip. Inside, three chrome-plated wire shelves support products.
