Hoshizaki CF1S-FS Description
Ideal for low-volume cold food storage, the Hoshizaki CF1S-FS one-section reach-in freezer has three epoxy-coated wire shelves. It has one door with a spring-assisted design that supports self-closing for cold air retention. When the door is opened to a certain angle, it stays open so users can stock the cabinet. Because the interior is made of stainless steel, it is durable to support heavy use and simple to clean. Insulation is foamed in place in the unit to prevent cold air leaks.
The digital controller in this Hoshizaki CF1S-FS single-section reach-in freezer enables the operator to adjust the temperature; it is designed to monitor the operation and performance of the refrigeration system. If the temperature leaves the specified range, alarms notify the operator. Users can monitor the temperature on the LED display, which can show the level in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. To protect against corrosion, the evaporator coil has an epoxy coating.
