Imperial IR-4 Description
This fabulous 24" restaurant range from Imperial is the perfect size for small to medium venues! The stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing edge and kick plate are all easy to clean and resistant to scratches and dents. The welded stainless steel seams provide added stability and the large 5" stainless steel landing ledge provides added work space. The control knobs of this 24" restaurant range are constructed of durable cast aluminum with a Vylox heat protection grip for comfortable operation. The 6" heavy duty legs feature adjustable feet for streamlining your cook line.
The PyroCentric burner heads of this stainless steel 24" restaurant range feature 2 rings of flame for evening cooking no matter what the pan size. The cast iron burners are anti-clogging and removable for easy cleaning. No gaskets or screws are required with this 4 burner restaurant range! The grates are in 12"x12" sections to easily lift off for cleaning. The anti-clogging shield designed in the grate protects the pilot from grease and debris. Pots can slide easily from section to section for efficient cooking.
The standard oven interior accommodates a standard 18"x26" sheet pan. The 100 % safety pilot provides safe use for the operator. The oven controls are located on the side in the cool zone and there's a manual oven shut off valve for added safety. The heavy duty thermostat features a temperature range of 150-500 degrees. The porcelainized side, rear, deck and door lining make cleaning a breeze. The unique baffle above the burner distributes heat flow to provide even cooking temperatures throughout the oven. The stamped inner door liner provides extra strength while optimizing heat retention.
