Amana RCS10TS Description
The Amana RCS10TS countertop microwave oven has user-friendly touch controls and a clear LED display for straightforward operation. It has four cooking stages with five power levels, including defrost. A multiple-quantity pad on the microwave oven calculates the appropriate cooking time for multiple portions. Users can program 100 menu items into the microwave to speed up operation, and the countdown timer is digitally displayed and highly readable. The touch pads also include braille for ADA compliance.
For extra durability, this microwave oven is built with stainless steel on the interior and exterior. A see-through door and interior lighting ensure staff can monitor food’s progress. A non-removable air filter protects the oven’s components from damage. This Amana RCS10TS countertop microwave oven is stackable with other microwave ovens to help conserve countertop space.

Repeat purchase, excellent product holds up to heavy use
Used in busy office building, simple operation and adequate power to keep usage quick and effective
Wouldn't buy this microwave again.
Under low use, unit failed in 3 years. Repair shop doesn't recommend repairing.
i use one of these at work.
Wow I have used this model in several different kitchens the one I currently work in has two of them. I have never had a problem with any of them. they are reliable and easy to clean. Actually I was on this website looking for a microwave for a food truck I'm building. I guess I found it LOL

Very unhappy with this Microwave. Between my two stores I had to have service come out 7 times in one year. I would not recommend.

Previous reviewer needs to read manual.
The "clean filter" message is configurable to appear every week (7 days), 30 days, or 90 days, or to be disabled altogether. The previous reviewer complaining about this evidently hasn't bothered to read the clear, concise manual that was supplied with the unit. We use this in a medium duty cycle environment (about 200 uses / day), and we've had excellent performance and durability.
Too expensive for the money
We've used this in our BBQ restaurant daily over the last 9 month. I have replaced the control panel twice. We continued to see the "CLEAN FILTER" message every week when there are NO FILTERS TO CLEAN!!! (the vents at the bottom are cleaned nightly). I can not recommend this device to anyone in the commercial restuarant business.
