Vulcan-Hart 60SC-4B-36GT NG Description

Designed with four open top burners each being 30,000 BTU/hour and featuring lift-off burner heads, the Vulcan-Hart Endurance Restaurant Range is 60 inches and comes powered with gas. The griddle is 36 in. x 7/8 in. thick and comes with thermostatic controls. The grease trough is 4 inches wide and comes with (1) standard oven on left with (1) convection on the right. The versatility of this restaurant range allows you to take care of virtually any need that may arise and still know that you have a piece of equipment that will not break down from repetitive use. The durability is also enhanced by the fully stainless steel front, sides, back riser and high shelf construction.
