Vollrath 59510F Description
The Vollrath 59510F Mirage® fajita skillet induction heater brings standard fajita trays from room temperature to a sizzling 550 degrees Fahrenheit in 140 seconds. Straightforward to operate, the unit has a push button that activates the preprogrammed heat setting, and its heater is equipped with a countdown timer that users can monitor with the LED readout. Mounted on rubber feet, the unit's stainless steel case and ceramic top won't slide around on countertops during use.
