Vollrath 40719 Description
The Vollrath 40719 Cayenne® gas griddle has a fully welded, stainless steel construction that withstands heavy use and resists rust. Welded seams on the 3⁄4-inch-thick griddle plate eliminate debris-catching crevices. A backsplash and side splashes protect the walls from grease damage. The griddle is controlled manually using the metal knob.
