Vollrath 40718 Description
The Vollrath 40718 Cayenne® gas griddle is well-suited for restaurant kitchens. Its fully-welded, aluminized steel and stainless steel construction is tough and resists corrosion. The 3⁄4-inch-thick griddle plate is welded at the seams to combat grease and debris collection. The U-shaped burners also are made of stainless steel for even heat distribution. User settings are adjusted using a manual control and the metal knob and knob guard prevent damage. The unit is elevated on 4-inch legs that are adjustable.
