Cambro UPCS400401 Description
The Cambro UPCS400401 Camcarrier Ultra pan makes it easier to transport several pans of food between the kitchen and the dining venue. This front-loading pan carrier accommodates as much as 60 quarts of food, in many combinations of half-, third-, and full-size pans. A built-in door gasket forms an airtight seal and a built-in vent cap equalize pressure in the carrier while removing excess steam to maintain the texture of your food. The carrier comes with a menu clip so your staff can easily identify what dish is in which carrier. Molded-in handles make transporting the carrier simple since they give staff a firm grip to lift and carry the unit. This model is stackable with other carriers to make storing and transporting them easier and more secure. For the best holding results, you should preheat or pre-chill the carrier with hot or ice water and keep the door closed for 20 to 30 minutes. The Cambro UPCS400401 Camcarrier Ultra pan carrier is non-electrical.
