Cambro UPC180192 Description
To equalize pressure and release steam, the Cambro UPC180192 commercial food carrier is designed with a self-venting configuration. This piece of equipment can be stacked with Camcarriers for an optimized storage solution, and it's safe for dishwasher use, facilitating cleaning. The food carrier's textured surface withstands wear and tear over time. To enhance its durability, it's made from a single piece and has a seamless, double-wall construction.
The Cambro UPC180192 insulated food carrier optimizes temperature retention with its polyurethane foam insulation. This piece of equipment is made of high-density polyethylene, and it comes in granite green. Part of the Ultra Pan Carriers® collection, the food carrier loads from the top and can fit one full-size pan or multiple fractional pans that have an 8-inch depth. Incorporating divider bars in the unit transforms it into a miniature food bar.
