The Cambro UPC180131 commercial food carrier's four rust-resistant nylon latches and removable airtight gasket optimize heat retention, while the self-venting configuration ensures the unit releases steam and equalizes pressure to maintain product quality. To optimize storage organization, the food carrier is stackable with Camcarriers, and it's safe for dishmachine use.
With its scratch-resistant, textured exterior, the Cambro UPC180131 insulated food carrier withstands wear and tear over time. This unit is made with a durable double-wall, one-piece design, and its polyurethane foam insulation enhances heat retention to maintain product quality. For added durability, the food carrier is made of heavy-duty polyethylene. It comes in dark brown and is part of the Ultra Pan Carriers® collection.
