Cambro 100MPCHL401 Description
Great for holding both hot and cold food, the Cambro 100MPCHL401 Camcarriers® insulated food carrier retains temperatures for 4 hours. It holds 40 quarts, which is equal to one full-size GN pan or several incremental 8-inch-deep pans. Molded-in handles on the sides facilitate lifting and carrying through a banquet hall, while polyurethane insulation ensures no heat or chill escapes the unit.
The Cambro 100MPCHL401 insulated food carrier is made of durable polyethylene. To hide common wear and tear retained over an extended period of time, its exterior is textured. Six stainless steel latches facilitate access to the unit's interior, and the top lid is shut tight with removable gaskets to prevent temperature changes.
