Cambro 100MPCHL186 Description
The Cambro 100MPCHL186 Camcarriers® insulated food carrier retains hot and cold temperatures for as long as 4 hours as needed. For convenience, it loads from the top through a hinged serving lid, which shuts with six latches and a tight removable gasket to prevent serving temperatures from varying. This unit holds approximately 40 quarts, one full-size GN pan, or several fractional pans as deep as 8 inches. To lift it, this carrier has two molded-in handles.
To keep the Cambro 100MPCHL186 food carrier looking nice for years to come, its exterior is textured to hide any potential wear and tear. Its polyurethane foam insulation is seamless and made of one piece, and it ensures stored food stays fresh at its desired temperature. For durability, this unit is made of polyethylene.
