Turbo Air MST-72 Description

This Turbo Air M3 Series sandwich/salad unit is built for high-volume kitchens or those using a lot of ingredients in the creation of dishes like sandwiches and salads. It has three stainless steel doors offering a cold storage area that uses air flow to ensure even temperatures for each pan. At 72-inches long, it has room for 18 sixth-size food pans and a 9.5-inch-deep cutting board side rail that runs the length of the unit. A Turbo Air-specific treatment on the condensate system resists corrosion, extending unit life and promoting efficiency. The oversized and balanced refrigeration system in this Turbo Air M3 Series salad and sandwich prep table holds temperatures of 33-39 degrees F.
