Turbo Air MST-28 Description

This 28-inch Turbo Air M3 Series salad and sandwich prep table can accommodate eight food pans and has 7-cubic feet of cold storage. The front, sides, and top of the unit are constructed of durable and easy-to-clean stainless steel, while the back and bottom are of galvanized steel. The bottom of the interior is also stainless steel, while the sides and back are aluminum. Food pans are isolated from the reach-in storage area, preventing food spillage, and the compartment maintains even temperatures for each pan using a system Turbo Air developed. The cabinet is insulated by a high-density, CFC-free polyurethane and the condensate system is treated to prevent corrosion, extending working life and increasing efficiency. The Turbo Air M3 Series salad and sandwich prep table has a deep cutting board side rail to allow plenty of work space.
