Star 314HX Description
This Star 314HX Proveyor® conveyor oven cooks between 14 and 16 pizzas per hour, but it can also be used for sandwiches, fajitas, and hot dogs. Moving from left to right, the belt measures 38 inches long by 14 inches wide, and quartz infrared heating elements are located above and below the belt, providing even heat. The conveyor speed, along with the heat from the top and bottom elements, can be regulated with analog controls.
Adjustable from 1 1⁄2 inches to 4 inches, the chamber openings on this Star 314HX conveyor oven can accommodate various products. Removable extenders on the entry and exit openings provide a place for product to sit before and after cooking. This oven is elevated off countertops by 2 1⁄2-inch legs, so employees can conveniently clean underneath it. To maximize space and increase capacity, a second oven can be stacked on top of this unit.
