With this Star Manufacturing Holman Miniveyor Conveyor Oven, you can cook a variety of menu items such as sandwiches, subs, cookies and blanched pizza quickly and easily; and do so while maximizing cooking space at the same time! With the quartz infrared heaters, you are provided with faster, more consistent heating than traditional heating elements and since they are located below the conveyor belt, you have access to precise, even-heating of all products you place within.
