The Carlisle PC180N03 Cateraide™ food carrier is top loading and has an approximate capacity of 24 quarts. It’s constructed of polyethylene—a rugged material that resists scratching and staining to extend service life. This unit is insulated to hold food at safe, appetizing temperatures, and its black color blends in unobtrusively as well as conceals chips and scratches.
The Carlisle PC180N03 top-loading food carrier is designed with a self-ventilating system without unsanitary vent openings that could contaminate its contents. It's compatible with full-size or fractional pans as deep as 6 inches, and its molded-in handles provide users with a secure grip as they're carrying it between locations. Overall, this unit measures 26 1⁄4 inches wide by 17 87⁄100 inches deep by 15 3⁄25 inches high.
