Salad and sandwich prep tables are perfect for restaurants or other businesses where creating a food product is necessary. The salad and sandwich prep tables offered from KaTom are all from our premier manufacturers True, Delfield and Beverage Air. The 27-33" units feature 1-3 doors and/or 2-6 drawers. These units have a pan holding capacity of 8-24 pans, depending on the specific model.

True salad and sandwich prep tables are constructed with high quality stainless steel fronts, tops, sides, and interior floor. The interior walls and top are NSF approved white vinyl coated aluminum. The removable cutting board allows for easy cleaning and maintenance. This commercial prep table has adjustable vinyl coated wire shelves and a slide out compressor. The oversized, balanced, and eco friendly refrigeration system holds foods at a safe 33-41 degrees Fahrenheit. This front breathing unit has a one year warranty on both parts and labor and a 5 year warranty on the compressor.

Delfield salad and sandwich prep table have unique features to meet the needs of your foodservice business. Delfield units feature a stainless steel top, lid, and drawers that resist scratches and dents. The plastic cutting board is easily removed for cleaning. The cabinet interior holds temperatures steady between 36-40 degrees Fahrenheit. Each drawer on these salad/sandwich prep tables holds one 12 x 20 pan.

Beverage Air salad and sandwich prep tables feature an enhanced refrigeration system that utilizes energy efficient forced air and circulates the air under and slightly over the pans, holding cold temperatures to keep your product fresh. BevAir also offers an enhanced grill system for less temperature gradient. The stainless steel front, sides, top, door, grille, hood, and lids are scratch and dent resistant and easily cleaned. The back and bottom of the unit are constructed from galvanized steel. The doors of this commercial prep table are self-closing and pulled by gravity to ensure proper closure each time. Beverage Air uses only CFC free insulation and refrigerant.
