The True TPP-93D-4 prep table has a full-length, 19 1⁄2-inch-deep cutting board, providing plenty of room for assembling pizzas with various diameters. Designed to hold ingredients, the rail has 12 third-size, 6-inch-deep food pans close to the cutting board for product assembly. Stainless steel flat lids cover this compartment, and they are foam insulated, retaining cold air to prevent condensation buildup and maintain product freshness.

The base offers both drawers and a door section, with a total of four storage drawers and two storage shelves. These drawers can each accommodate two full-size, 8-inch-deep food pans, and the PVC-coated wire shelves in the cabinet can be adjusted for optimized organization of additional ingredients. Supporting a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, the self-contained refrigeration system provides consistent temperatures with forced-air refrigeration. Operators can set the temperature at the level that fits their application, and if a system issue arises, the condensing unit is accessible for servicing.
