The double duty deli case offers the added advantage of two refrigerated compartments because you can use one for display and the lower compartment for bulk storage. The cabinet of this double duty see-thru deli case is certified to hold open food product and the oversized factory balanced refrigeration system holds a consistently chilly temperature of 38 to 40 degrees. The gravity coil refrigeration system provides a high humidity environment for the exceptional preservation of meats and deli products. The "Low-E" double pan thermal glass front display and self-closing rear doors provide maximum insulation value for greater efficiency and energy savings. The exterior of this see thru-deli case is constructed of stainless steel on the front, sides and back. The rear panel and rear louvered grill are white laminate and the interior is an attractive, white aluminum liner with a 300 series stainless steel floor and coved corners. This double duty stainless steel deli case is equipped with 3 fluorescent light sources for maximum product display. The automatic defrost system is time initiated, time terminated. For added structural integrity and temperature preservation, the entire cabinet is constructed of high density foamed in placed polyurethane.
