True Refrigeration TCGG-60-LD Description
The True TCGG-60-LD full-service deli case has a refrigeration system that maintains even temperatures in high humidity so that meats, cheeses, and other deli products stay fresh. Using R134A refrigerant, the self-contained capillary tube system keeps temperatures in the unit between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has an automatic defrost system that eliminates ice buildup to ensure the machine runs efficiently. Cold air stays inside since the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
The True TCGG-60-LD deli case uses five LED light sources to illuminate the interior, so products displayed behind the insulated, double-pane glass front are highly visible to customers. To support cold-air retention and convenience for staff members, the sliding doors on the rear close on their own. In the cabinet, the four shelves holding deli products can be adjusted to enhance their presentation.
