The large size oven cavity is designed to accommodate full size sheet pans front to back or side to side so that you can bake more in less time! This single deck convection oven comes with 5 racks and 12 rack positions so that you bake a variety of foods. The stainless steel burners provide rapid heat and recovery and the two 40 watt oven lights provide improved visibility so that you can easily view your foods while they cook. Designed and built to provide superior performance and durability this stainless steel single deck convection oven will meet all your baking needs effortlessly. The 50/50 double doors swing open at 150 degrees and the stainless steel, air tight door gaskets provide excellent temperature retention. The 28" legs allow you great ventilation around your convection oven and easy cleanability beneath it.
