The American Range 36" salamander broiler is innovatively engineered for optimum performance and long lasting durability. The modern design of this 36" salamander broiler features 1 infa-red burner designed to provide complete coverage of a large cooking area. This 36" salamander charbroiler features 4 rack positions and a well balanced rack life mechanism to provide superb flexibility of heat control for the discriminating operator. The stainless steel finish of this salamander charbroiler provides easy cleanability and long lasting durability. With easy to reach controls, this salamander charbroiler also provides instant, even heating for the perfect preparation of steaks, fish and lobster. You can excel in the preparation of melted cheese dishes such as Italian and Mexican specialties. Due to the versatility of this salamander charbroiler browning and finishing a wide range of foods such as au gratin dishes, garlic toast, and omelets are a breeze. The heavy gauge insulated body and standing pilot for instant lighting of both burners provides excellent functionality. The gas valve is adjustable and the grid rack assembly rolls out for ease of loading and unloading. The large capacity drain pain provides easy grease and debris containment. The broiler grid can be easily removed for cleaning and mounting assemblies are available for wall mounting.
