The American Range ARSM-36 gas salamander heats foods evenly with an infrared burner and is useful for adding finishing touches to dishes, melting cheese, and toasting bread. For instant use, this unit ignites with a standing pilot, which enables employees to quickly start preparing food. For temperature adjustments, this salamander has manual controls.
To load and unload the American Range ARSM-36 salamander broiler, the grid rack rolls out for access, and for cleaning purposes, the large drain pan captures grease and food particles that slip through the grates. Providing durability to withstand daily use, this unit's front, sides, and top are made of stainless steel.
