Lang 224T Description
Possessing a welded steel frame and stainless steel exterior to resist corrosion, scratches, and sagging, the Lang 224T gas countertop griddle is designed for durability. Sensors embedded in the polished steel griddle plate deliver precise temperature moderation between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. For optimal safety, the unit is designed with a pilot safety function and requires 5 inches of clearance during operation.
With a fully enclosed control panel, the Lang 224T gas griddle provides separate temperature controls every 12 inches to help users create multiple cooking zones when needed. Featuring a recessed design, the unit’s control knobs are shielded from grease drips and impact during use, extending their durability. Made of stainless steel, the griddle’s grease drawer can hold as much as 8 quarts of runoff, safely collecting and storing hot drippings until they can be emptied. To reduce heat transfer to the countertop, this unit has 4-inch adjustable legs.
