Equipped with solid-state controls, the Southbend SLGB/12SC convection oven is straightforward to operate. Its temperature is adjustable within the range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the mechanical timer has a limit of 60 minutes.
The Southbend SLGB/12SC convection oven has stainless steel sides, top, and front to ensure a long lifespan through intensive use. To streamline the cleaning process, its interior is constructed of nonstick porcelain with coved corners that won't harbor buildup. Five pan racks are included, and they can be adjusted to various positions to accommodate products of different sizes.
