Southbend EH/10SC Description
Designed to expedite baking, the two-speed fan in the Southbend EH/10SC MarathonerGold commercial convection oven evenly moves heat in the chamber. Because the chamber is half size with a standard depth, it holds pans of the same size side to side. It holds these pans on plated racks, which can be moved up and down on 11-position guides. Made of nonstick porcelain, the interior is durable and its coved corners prevent crumb trapping.
The control panel in this Southbend EH/10SC half-size electric convection oven lets the operator set the temperature from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has controls for the 60-minute timer. This unit has a 180-degree door opening for clean pan loading and unloading; its product viewing window ensures users can see baking product.
