The Amana HDC12A2 commercial microwave oven has 100 programmable menu settings that can store the power levels and times required to cook different foods, ensuring consistent cooking among different staff members. Its 1200-watt power output is powerful enough to cook more than 60 refrigerated 1⁄6-pound cheeseburgers per hour. A standard half-size food pan can fit in the 0.6-cubic-foot capacity interior. To keep cleanup simple, the sealed and recessed interior shelf keeps spills contained.
The cooking progress can be actively monitored since users do not have to open the door; instead, they can peer through the tempered glass into the lighted interior. The air filter is both removable and cleanable to protect the interior components. For long-term use, the stainless steel interior and exterior are durable and can be wiped clean.
