 FT-20 Tilting Counter-Top Direct Steam Kettle

Description:

  • Constructed of welded satin finish stainless steel type 304.
  • Double wall interior forms steam jacket around lower 2/3 of kettle.
  • Tubular stainless steel mounting frame has steam supply and condensate return pipes completely concealed within frame members.
  • Kettle bottom is elliptical design for improved heat circulation.

  • Removable operating handle with heat proof knob is mounted on right or left side of kettle
  • Kettle is able to tilt forward 90&deg for complete emptying.
  • A.S.M.E code and  N.S.F. approved.

    20 gal. (76-liter)

    I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you and KaTom for your help and service. My professional waffle maker arrived on time in Florida; then I asked the company to send my packages; a few days ago I received them; recently I tried the waffle maker. It was indeed the right voltage (240v) 'cause it didn't blow everything up, but it did need a plug adaptor (though I knew that so I already had one!). At the end: perfect. Sure we're the only home in Belgium having this wonderful kitchen appliance, same as Martha Stewart :D. Definitely worth it.
