To streamline storage, the Chicago Metallic 91130 deep-dish pizza pan can nest with similar pans, conserving space. The edges are 1 1⁄2 inches deep, which enables crusts to rise or be formed for Chicago-style pies. While the anodized hard coat heats evenly to produce thoroughly baked crusts, it shouldn't be washed in a dishmachine and requires manual cleaning with mild soap.
