The Chicago Metallic 43385 Mary Ann/strawberry shortcake pan forms 12 cakes with a shallow 2-inch-diameter by 1⁄2-inch-high indent for fillings or toppings. Each slot holds 6 ounces of batter and bakes evenly in the 26-gauge aluminized steel frame. A wire-reinforced rim adds strength and maintains shape during handling, while the 17 7⁄8-inch-long by 12 7⁄8-inch-wide by 1 1⁄2-inch-high body accommodates full batch baking. Finished with AMERICOAT® ePlus silicone glaze, the surface improves release and streamlines cleanup.
