Duke WB303 Description
The Duke WB303 Aerohot steam table has a stainless steel top, body, legs, undershelf, and compartment liners. Each of its three compartments will accept a full-size steam table pan or a combination of fractional-sized pans. Featuring drains for quick cleanup, the wells are all insulated to retain heat. A 7-inch-wide by 1⁄2-inch-thick cutting board runs the length of the table, providing a convenient place to prep and plate food. The Duke WB303 steam table is heated by natural gas.

- 7-in.-wide x 1⁄2-in.-thick poly carving board
- Carving board is supported by an 18-gauge steel shelf mounted on die-stamped brackets
- 1-in. cast brass drain and valve facilitates emptying the water bath
- Tubular legs are made of 430-series stainless steel for stability
- Adjustable plastic feet enable the table to be installed levelly
- Gas safety pilot and pressure regulator are included so that the table can be operated safely
- Burners are operated through 1 adjustable valve
