This Vulcan Hart 15 pan heated hold and transport cabinet belongs in every bakery! This heated hold and transport cabinet accepts 15 sheets pans that measure 18"x26", 26 steam table pans that measure 12"x20"x2-1/2", or a combination of both! The heavy duty 20 gauge polished stainless steel cabinet with welded tubular steel inner frames increase durability. A set of 5" casters provides easy mobility for cleaning and transport.

The deluxe side mounted push handles make mobility easier for the operator. The stainless steel door with heavy duty hinges, a door latch mechanism, and long lasting silicone gaskets will provide you years of smooth and efficient operation. The cabinet of this heated hold and transport cabinet is fully insulated and 10 pair of universal interior pan supports are removable for easy cleaning. The recessed control panel included power indicator light, a dial thermostat that is adjustable from 60-190 degrees and a temperature read-out dial. Included with this 15 pan heated hold and transport cabinet are two 600 watt sheathed heating elements for the most even and consistent heating on the market!
