Vulcan ARS96 Description
Six drawers in the Vulcan ARS96 Achiever chef base hold 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans and include magnetic snap-in gaskets to help preserve cold air. Each drawer glides on 14-gauge stainless steel slides with 2-inch rollers and self-closes or stays open when needed. A marine edge top keeps spills off the floor.
The self-contained refrigeration system simplifies installation and removes the need for external plumbing. R404A refrigerant maintains a range of 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit for reliable cold storage. A front-breathing design supports flush placement beside other equipment. The Vulcan ARS96 Achiever chef base with drawers includes digital controls with alarms and a data port for streamlined operation in busy commercial kitchens.
