Vulcan ARS60 Description
The Vulcan ARS60 Achiever chef base features two drawers designed to hold 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans. Each drawer includes 14-gauge stainless steel slides with 2-inch diameter rollers for smooth operation. Magnetic snap-in gaskets create a secure seal, and both drawers self-close automatically or remain open as needed to support loading during busy prep periods.
Refrigeration is handled by a left-mounted, self-contained system that uses R404A refrigerant to maintain internal temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The Vulcan ARS60 Achiever chef base includes an INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor control system with a digital display, alarms, and data output. It also features a marine edge top, front-breathing design, and service panels on three sides for accessibility.
