Vulcan ARS48 Description
Built for consistent performance in fast-paced kitchens, the Vulcan ARS48 Achiever chef base with drawers features a stainless steel exterior and interior that withstands frequent use. The marine edge top guards against overflow, and the left-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R404A refrigerant to maintain a steady 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit across two insulated drawers.
A stay-open function supports loading tasks, and three access panels allow efficient service when needed. Temperature settings and alerts are controlled by the INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor, which includes a digital display and data port. The Vulcan ARS48 Achiever chef base with drawers integrates magnetic drawer gaskets, anti-condensate perimeter heaters, and a front-breathing design for flexible placement.
