Vulcan ARS36 Description
Stainless steel construction forms the base, top, front, sides, and interior of the Vulcan ARS36 Achiever chef base with drawers providing durability in high-demand kitchens. A left-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R404A refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The two drawers accommodate 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans and include magnetic gaskets for a secure seal.
The Vulcan ARS36 Achiever chef base with drawers includes galvanized back and bottom panels to increase structural strength, and a marine edge top helps contain spills. The INTELA-TRAUL control system features a digital display, alarms, and RS485 data output. Drawer slides include 14-gauge stainless steel construction and 2-inch diameter rollers. Each drawer self-closes and remains open when needed.
