Traulsen AHF232WP-FHS Description
By propping the doors open 120 degrees, users can easily load and unload the Traulsen AHF232WP-FHS insulated heated cabinet. Doors are built onto each side for pass-thru use, and they have a self-closing feature that reduces heat loss. Designed with a standard-depth cabinet and two sections, this unit measures 58 inches wide by 37 15⁄16 inches deep by 83 1⁄4 inches high, and it includes six adjustable shelves to hold product. These shelves are made of wire with gaps to permit air circulation for even heating.
The Traulsen AHF232WP-FHS full-height heated cabinet circulates air using a ducted fan air distribution system. To effectively keep product warm, it operates within the range of 135 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior is made of strong, corrosion-resistant aluminum, and the exterior has a stainless steel construction that provides enough strength for repeated use. Fitted with adjustable legs, this unit sits stably on irregular surfaces.
