Vollrath ES4010 Description
Because it's made of 8-gauge 3004 series aluminum, the Vollrath ES4010 Wear-Ever® 10-inch frying pan heats and cools more quickly and distributes heat more evenly than steel options; however, it could be more susceptible to warping from heavy usage than a steel pan. Its PowerCoat2™ nonstick coating makes this pan a good choice for dishes that don't need much added fat when cooking but need to be released from the pan smoothly. Reinforced with ceramic, the nonstick coating resists scratching.
