Its aluminum construction is ideal for continuous use at 450-degree temperatures, and it can be used in heat as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit intermittently. While cooking, its handle features a silicone cover that reduces heat transfer to the user's palms. This pan has a non-traditional rivetless design, preventing food and bacteria from becoming trapped. To maintain its coat long term, users should clean it with hot water and a mild detergent.
