Vollrath 69810 Description
The Vollrath 69810 Tribute® frying pan has three layers with an aluminum core that evenly distributes heat on the bottom and side walls. Stainless steel on the interior and exterior prevent flavor transfer, while enhancing strength and durability, and since the exterior is magnetic, the pan can be used with an induction cooktop. To protect the operator, the insulated silicone handle sleeve stays cool to the touch.

Very heavy duty, love this pan! I've been searching for a pan that would hold up to everyday use... I have found it. No negatives for this pan, although it is a very heavy duty pan.... does have a little weight to it! Will buy more in different sizes!
An excellent pan.
This is a high quality pan with magnetic steel that should work with an induction range. I had an 8" and a 12" version of the fan from the same family, so I wasn't surprised by this pan's great craftsmanship. I would buy another one just like it if I ever needed two.
