Vollrath 6954301 Description
With optimal efficiency and optimal yield, the Vollrath 6954301 commercial induction cooktop has 100 power levels and responsive, high-low temperature control, all bolstered by a ninety percent efficiency rating. This unit is simple to use; when an induction-compatible pan is placed on it, it automatically senses the pan and begins heating. A copper coil in the unit generates a magnetic field above the cooktop that contacts the pan so the electrons in the pan metal move and create friction to cook with. Cleaning is simple with its stainless steel case, ceramic top, and button-operated control panel. For added safety, the Vollrath 6954301 cooktop includes overheat protection, small-article detection, pan auto-detection, and an empty pan shut-off feature.
