Vollrath 69110 Description
The Vollrath 69110 Tribute® frying pan has a three-ply construction with aluminum at its core; placing this material in the middle provides even heating in the bottom and side walls. Both the interior and magnetic exterior layers are made of stainless steel; this adds durability and prevents flavor and color transfer while cooking. To prevent food from sticking, the interior is coated in CeramiGuard® II. The handle on this Vollrath 69110 frying pan has a TriVent® design that protects the user from burns.

Heavy duty nonstick with stay-cool handle at half the price
Excellent all-around pan that rests perfectly flat with an oven safe handle (within limits). This pan easily compares with the famous "tri-ply" brand for a lot less money--and is also made in the USA.

Even eggs and fragile foods do not stick. No oil necessary.
Great Non-Stick Pan
Excellent non-stick pan for all recipies. Recently used this pan to sear salmon filets and continue cooking in the oven. The pan worked great, no problem putting this pan in the oven.

I saw this fry pan in use at a favorite restaurant which has a "per order" egg chef preparing everything from scrambled eggs to some pretty fancy omelets. I got the descripton from the bottom of the pan and found one at KaTom. It IS super!
