Vollrath 68735 Description
To conduct heat effectively, the Vollrath 68735 sauté pan is made of 2-gauge 3004 aluminum. Its interior measures 12 inches in diameter by 2 3⁄4 inches deep, and it accommodates 5 quarts of product for browning and stir frying. To ensure permanent attachment, the TriVent® handle is triple riveted to the pan. Its silicone construction can be used in temperatures of 450 degrees Fahrenheit for continuous use and 600 degrees Fahrenheit for intermittent use.
