Vollrath 67812 Description
The Vollrath 67812 Wear-Ever® frying pan is safe in temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit continuously and 600 degrees Fahrenheit intermittently. This allows the dish to be used on the stovetop and in the oven. A rivet system attaches the handle to the pan, and a silicone cover on the handle reduces the risk of burns. Three holes in the handle quickly cool it down and can be used to store the pan.
